Initial Contract
FWS will perform a free consultation with the client company, during this visit FWS together with the client will determine the level and type of service required, in some cases there maybe only a partial service required( eg. Only Building Management Services).
Report
FWS will then complete a report and issue this to the client detailing the desired service level and the fixed fee for the services. At this stage the client can accept or reject the services offered (or alter the service level). There is no charge for this service which will give the client company good insight into potential savings.
Contact Begins
If agreeable FWS will then begin services. Services will run month-to-month so there is no long term financial commitment from clients and the service level can stop or alter as required. Typical service comprises of one, two or three day visits to the client company per month as well as direct phone contact as required.
